Mondays are the most popular days for online Christmas shopping
Give as you Live shopping trend analysis reveals 5pm to be the peak time for online sales

SummaryLONDON (2nd November 2015) – Mondays at 5pm is when shoppers will flood online sites to make Christmas purchases, according to trend analysis by Give as you Live, the shopping website with a heart.
Cyber Monday and Black Friday aside, last year’s peak festive shopping days were Tuesday the 2nd (the day after Cyber Monday), Monday 8th and Monday 15th December.
Give as you Live analysed the behaviours of more than 30,000 active users shopping at over 4,000 retailers during November and December in 2014 and 2013.
Give as you Live found that the majority of sales were being made at 5pm during these months, whereas the average order value is highest at 2pm, suggesting that most shoppers make their priciest purchases in the middle of the day.
